This policy explains what personal data our products use and why. It is written with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 in mind.

Who we are

Aeterik Limited, 111 Apata, Shomolu, Lagos State 100212, Nigeria, is responsible for the personal data used by our products.

What we collect

Your email, the name you use in a product, your date of birth (to check you are 18 or over), your password (stored scrambled, so nobody can read it), what you do in our products, and records of payments. Card details are handled by Paystack. We never see them.

Why we use it

To run your account, to take payments, to keep our products fair and safe, to answer you when you contact us, and to improve our products.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run our products: Paystack for payments, our hosting and email providers, and the AI provider that powers characters in some games. We do not sell your data.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account inside each product. We then delete your personal data, except payment records the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email support@aeterik.com.
