Terms

These terms cover your use of the products run by Aeterik Limited ("we"), including Twelve Keys and Floorpitch. Each product also has its own rules, shown inside it, which form part of these terms.

Who can use our products

You must be 18 or over. One account per person.

Paid items

Prices are shown before you pay and on our Prices page. Game currencies, passes and play-money capital are licences to use features inside a product. They have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, sold or transferred, and end if the product closes or your account is closed for breaking the rules. Refunds follow our Refunds page.

Fair use

No cheating, fake accounts, harassment, or attempts to break or misuse our systems. We may pause or close accounts that break these terms.

Our liability

Our products are provided as they are. We work to keep them running but cannot promise they will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you inside the product when a change matters. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
